It can be chosen according to the size and layout of the room. Moreover, the air conditioner system lowers the air temperature by making use of the outside hot air. They are the best choice in case you are living in a humid zone. However, the air conditioning system vents out hot air, which raises the outside temperature. In case you are planning to install a new Air conditioner, it can either be done in the form of a window unit or split unit inside the room. This artificial venting unit causes a hike in electricity bill and may alter your monthly budget in case of prolonged use.

The table fan precisely needs to be placed on a well-defined platform that is a table or a desk. It is best for smaller and confined spaces like a study room or a kitchen. It works perfectly in bathrooms as well. The rotational motion of the blades of the fan turns the hot and damp air into fast moving and fleeting air. It has been traditionally used in India for long and has immensely modernised with time. The blades of the fan are attached to the motor and their movement can be regulated as per need. This consumes very less electricity and will not alter your monthly bills. Table fan can be placed even in outdoor locations like decks and patios for further convenience. They are now available with trendy switches and colourful patterns for a smarter look. The varied sizes make them applicable for any size of the room.

Basically, the dehumidifier extracts the water out from the air, thus making it more pleasing and soothing. This water is then collected in a tray and disposed off either in liquid or vapour form. Furthermore, the dehumidifiers are available in standard sizes and can also be customised according to need. They are also best suited for places like the kitchen and bathrooms that witness maximum contact with water. It requires regular care and maintenance as water salts may deposit on the inner layers thus affecting the efficiency badly.

Humidifier is a boon for people living in deserted and tropical zones. They are responsible for increasing the humidity levels or moisture levels of a place. They can be used for increasing humidity levels of a single room or of the entire house. Try installing a humidity sensor at home to keep a track of the humidity levels. When the humidity drops to ten or twenty per cent, it is time to set up a humidifier in your home. Special attention needs to be placed on electric appliances and devices that may get damaged due to excessive moisture content in your house. Try increasing the humidity contents slowly and gradually. You should also do that in moderation. Once the humidity reaches fifty to sixty per cent, it is time to switch off the humidifier. You might also use a portable humidifier that can be maneuvered in any area of the house. There is a gamut of humidifiers available in the market. They work on different principles and may have different efficiencies that vary with the performance and aging.
