I ordered samples from this company and they arrived quickly. I subsequently had a lot of questions about the tiles and called them many times for help. I can honestly say that every person that I've interacted with has been extremely helpful and extremely professional. Paul and Richard are two names that I remember. I consequently ordered over £1,700 pounds worth of tiles which also arrived quickly. Unfortunately, on the last day of tiling, we realised that we were 15 tiles short and needed them immediately. It was late in the afternoon and they arranged to send the tiles immediately, free of charge, by special delivery. They arrived first thing in the morning and it saved us from a 2 week delay. Suffice to say, I'll definitely be ordering tiles for my next project from this company. Absolutely amazing customer service!
what a rude person i spoke to on the phone ,asked about purchasing a large ammount of pool tiles,lacked any interest in wanting to sale me anything or give any advise,not the person to have as first point of contact,take your business to some one who cares
