Needed a sofa ASAP due to a vomit incident and in the middle of a national lockdown. Within 5 days the sofa was delivered. Amazing quality, amazing service. Wanted some cushions and ottoman to match the sofa, organised for me to collect the same day with no hassle. Would definitely recommend. Very very happy customer.

We bought from Quatropi twice. First time was few years ago and they we're great. We had a small issue and they resolved asap. Last year we bought some garden furniture. Furniture is good but the aftersales service was poor. The covers provided with the furniture leaked through and damaged the furniture. When raised the aftersales person said it was my fault and we should have checked before we bought! Outdoor furniture covers?!?! Anyway no attempt to resolve, just blame the customer. There are other organisations selling similar Furniture. I'd rather spend my hard earned money where they appreciate my custom. Avoid if you want assurance that problems will be resolved... Updated: I see Quatroppi have conveniently copied parts of the email chain. The fact that we asked about covers before the purchase and the advice given was 'yes yes the covers are weather resistant etc and they'll protect from light rain'. After the sale, a short drizzle in the middle of summer soaked through the cushions... going straight through the 'weather resistent' covers. If they were honest from the start we would have factored in the cost of covers. Anyway, I would recommend you are 100% clear before the sale (which you were not in this case). We would have still bought the furniture at the time... but this embarrassing email defence is just to save face and fool other customers. You've lost my business. And I hope people have the sense to steer clear.

Just bought my 2nd sofa from Quatropi. Fantastic customer service and easy to speak on the phone. Obviously right now I couldn't get to the showroom to view it. Purchased: modular Mikey sofa in medium grey, 2x corners, 2x straight backs and 1x ottoman. Thanks for the excellent service.
