As a seller, a ten. But if you have a problem, hold on. He bullies you, takes you for a fool. He ignores your problem. After buying 4 ceiling fans, ceiling lights, wall lights and other things from him for years, the time comes when a ceiling fan breaks down that is still under warranty and says that we have to pay for the technician's travel and work. We refuse because we are under warranty. after several calls and five visits to the store: “yes, yes, I'll go tomorrow”. I'm going tonight” and he leaves us standing at home waiting… of course he doesn't call you to apologize. Five weeks waiting with a broken fan, in the month of July!!! In addition, it does not bill you. It turns out that it only prints "estimate" and you leave there calmly until the problem arises and you realize that you don't have an invoice.

A polite and kind guy when it comes to selling, even if you have a problem that God will take you to confess. I'm going to answer your answer right here. It's appreciated that they tried to educate you but you didn't show it to me. After waiting for your store to be empty, your arrogance, your falsehood and your lack of education became clear to me. You even questioned the work of that friend we have in common, saying that who knows, you shouted at me by kicking me out of your store and you still say that I am not a customer of yours, of course not because I hope not to even see you again. You have only portrayed yourself as insulting in your comment and the problem was resolved thanks to that friend and not you. If you want we continue because you know I have more and everything that happened that day recorded.
