I was so impressed to see that carpet cleaning has become so available and easy. The two guys came over and cleaned my whole carpet on the spot. The results are amazing and I could not be happier about the job. I would not hesitate to book this company again and I strongly recommend them.

I found this old carpet in my attic. It was very beautiful and I decided to put it in one of my rooms. It needed cleaning, though, and I hired this company for the job. They came over and transformed this old carpet in no time. The colours are so bright and it smells so fresh! Amazing service, I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Disastrous end of tenancy cleaning : The most unprofessional, non-customer centric company - using them will ensure that you have to pay another company to do the clean again. Flat cleaning London did my end of tenancy cleaning on Sunday 13 June. They insisted on my paying the 250 pounds up front before the cleaning commenced. They were booked to come out to me at 1.30pm on Sunday and I was told that they would send multiple cleaners to get my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat cleaned with a professional carpet clean included. I must add that the property is in generally excellent condition so I am not sure how this company managed to mess this up so badly. What followed has been the most awful of experiences. On Sunday, the cleaners (two of them only) arrived at 3:45pm rather than 1.30pm. When I investigated the clean on Sunday, 7pm when they had left, I realised they had not cleaned inside the cupboards, the appliances were still grimy on the inside, the oven trays had not been washed, the carpet still had hair and dust, and it looked like it had not been vacuumed or cleaned apart from a few wet spots here and there. Furthermore, in doing the cleaning, they had marked and scuffed the walls, and I had to then clean the walls myself. My checkout happened on Monday at which point, the check out clerk basically confirmed that the apartment was not cleaned to a professional standard (On further inspection, in addition to what I had seen on Sunday, windows weren't cleaned on the inside, there was still a lot of dust etc and the bathroom still had limescale etc). Given what happened on Sunday, the lettings management agency refused to allow this company access to the property again(even though I had a 48 hour guarantee on the clean) and the lettings management company will now actually use another company, for which I will have to pay for out of my deposit. I called Flat Clean London several times yesterday and today to try and get a refund but I have not been successful as the people I speak to keep on saying a.) I must send them an email (which I have, several times) or that they need to speak to the supervisor. The only route they willing to take was that they would come back and clean for an hour!!! They completely did not acknowledge any of the issues raised by the clerk. I am writing this review in the hopes that someone contacts me, as they do not seem to be very customer service oriented.
